Don't Honor Appointments

I made an appointment for a pedicure for during my lunch break. I got there and all the "technicians" were busy with other customers and I was going to have to wait a 1/2 hour. Needless to say I didn't stay but pretty much wasted my entire lunch break driving there and back for nothing. If you're not going to honor appointments, don't accept them.
